Picchu Restaurant Brings Peruvian Food To Selden

SELDEN, NY—A new Peruvian restaurant opened in January in Selden, and the owners want it to become "your go-to Peruvian restaurant. Picchu Restaurant opened at 1245 Middle Country Rd., and serves traditional Peruvian dishes and cocktails.

Dishes like ceviche, steak with chimichurri sauce, lomo saltado, rotisserie chicken and steamed mussels reflect traditional Peruvian flavors. The restaurant also features Peruvian cocktails like pisco sours, along with sangria.
