Setauket Man Charged with Child Pornography Possession
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk police on Monday arrested a Setauket man they say owned computers containing child pornography.
Philip Nicolopoulos, 48, is charged with two counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, a felony.
Police said he lives on Branch Lane, a block approximately half a mile from Arrowhead Elementary School in East Setauket. Computer crimes detectives executed a search warrant at his home on Friday, discovering a computer and external hard drives containing pornographic videos of children.

Nicolopoulos turned himself in to police at the Sixth Precinct in Selden on Monday. He will be held overnight and arraigned Feb. 5 at First District Court in Central Islip.
