A listing on backpage.com describes , formerly known as The Golden Pear, as a "gourmet coffee and sandwich shop ... in up-scale shopping center." Its selling price is listed as $169,000.
The deal includes all the kitchen equipment in the café, such as fixtures, stoves with a commercial-grade fire suppression system and refrigerated and heated display cases. The 1,700-square-foot restaurant, which has been around for 15 years according to the backpage.com listing, seats 16 and carries a monthly rent of $4,200.

The restaurant's management and the broker responsible for the listing declined to comment on the sale of the business.
