Teen, Woman Beaten In Suffolk Home Robbery Early On Friday Morning: Cops
They were taken to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of their injuries, police say.
EAST SETAUKET, NY — Two people, including a teenager, were taken to the hospital after a group of people went inside an East Setauket home, beat the teen, and then swiped a pair of keys and a cell phone early Friday morning, Suffolk police said.
At around 2 a.m., "multiple people" went inside the Julia Circle home, and started hitting the teenager, and then when an adult entered the room, she was struck and the pair of keys, as well as the cell phone, were taken, according to police.
It is not clear if any weapons were used or if anything else was taken.
