Three New Stores Headed for Smith Haven Mall

Smith Haven Mall will soon be home to three new shops: Sur La Table is set to open in the mall's Lifestyle Village, and Fossil and Teavana will open at its center court.

A spokeswoman for the mall confirmed Tuesday that the three stores are on the way, although no set opening dates have been announced.

Sur La Table is a Washington state based retailer of upscale kitchen items with locations in 27 states. It also offers cooking classes. The Smith Haven Mall location joins Manhasset's Miracle Mile store as Long Island's only two Sur La Table locations.

Fossil, a retailer of accessories including watches, handbags, belts, sunglasses and more, was established in 1984 in Texas and has 53 stores in what it describes as "premiere retail sites."

Teavana is a Georgia-based retailer of loose-leaf teas from around the world along with serving accessories. Its other locations on Long Island include Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City and Walt Whitman Mall in Melville.
