R.C Murphy High School theater company's performance of the Broadway show "Little Shop of Horrors" was successful and the time the cast spent on rehearsals paid off as the audience applauded the show with enthusiasm.   2. The Shirley Strum Kenny Student Arts Festival is set to return live and in-person from April 12-27. The festival was created by the former president, Shirley Strum Kenny, in 1996 and offers SBU students the opportunity to showcase their creative work. (Stony Brook News)
  3. The nonprofit, Three Village Heroes will host an event on April 3 at 11 a.m. to raise money to support kids who are battling cancer. "Whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer to raise money another way, or make a donation, please join us to give kids with cancer the long, healthy lives they deserve."
