Recently, Buzzfeed.com put together a list: the 33 unwritten rules everyone should follow. It made us stop and think: what are the "rules" in Three Village?
We came up with a few to start the list:
1. Don't use the right lane to pass someone on Route 25A just west of Nicolls Road. You know -- the lane that has the "Right Lane Ends" sign.
2. Don't park at the curb in front of Starbucks on Route 25A in East Setauket. Not only is it a fire hazard, but chances are you'll be blocking the handicap access ramp and blocking the legally parked cars from getting out of their spots.
3. Pick up after your dog in public places like Frank Melville Memorial Park.
