- Zuccaire Gallery features the schedule of upcoming spring events. All outings will be hosted in the evenings. There is also information about art exhibits. (Stony Brook University)

- "A Selden woman was sentenced to two to six years in prison Monday for pilfering over $340,000 from the small, family-owned business where she worked for about three years, Suffolk District Attorney Ray Tierney's office said Friday." (Patch)
- The man who killed a couple in a car crash while driving intoxicated has been sentenced to twelve years in prison. The 28-year-old man was high on drugs and alcohol when he struck the couple's car on Second Avenue in Brentwood. (Daily Voice)
