2 Women Robbed In Broad Daylight In Midtown East And UES, Police Say
Police are looking for three suspects.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Police are investigating after two women were robbed a day apart in the Upper East Side and Midtown East area, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, three teenage boys robbed a 71-year-old woman of her wallet and ran away on Jan. 13 at 12:05 p.m., inside an apartment building on First Avenue between East 55th Street and East 56th Street.
Then, the next day, two teenage boys robbed a 68-year-old woman of her purse and threatened to shoot the victim's husband before running away at 12:15 p.m., on First Avenue between East 81st Street and East 80th Street, police said.

In both robberies, there were no injuries reported, police said.
All three suspects are described by police as teenage boys with dark complexions and medium builds who are around 5-foot-8.

The first suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, white sneakers and wearing a multicolored backpack, officials said.
The second suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants and black sneakers, cops said.
The third suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket with white fur, a blue hooded sweatshirt, black pants and grey sneakers, police said.
No arrests have been made yet, but the investigation is ongoing, police said.
