Chihuahua Missing On The Upper East Side
Keep your eyes peeled for Norman the tan-colored Chihuahua.

Update, March 9: The New York Post reports that Norman was lost while on walk with a dog walker from Wag, the "Uber for dog walking" service that matches dog owners with dog walkers via an app.
Norman's owners told the Post they had been using Wag for several years with a regular dog walker, but booked a new walker on Friday. The walker returned without the dog on Friday, telling the owners that Norman had slipped out of his harness near East 88th Street and First Avenue.
Wag spokeswoman Dini von Muefling told the Post that Wag has suspended Norman’s walker “pending a review” — but added that she had a “5-star rating from her many previous customers.”
