'The Devil Wears Prada' Sequel Is Filming On The UES Friday: See Where
The highly anticipated satire about the fashion world is filming on an Upper East Side street Friday.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Calling all fashion interns: The highly anticipated sequel to the Devil Wears Prada is filming Friday on the Upper East Side.
The film crew could be seen filming some interior and exterior shots along East 73rd Street between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue Friday afternoon, and according to signs posted in the area, filming should continue until approximately 11 p.m.
Devil Wears Prada 2 follows the hit 2006 satire about life at a fashion magazine, featuring Meryl Streep as a steely editor in chief named Miranda Priestly, and Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt as her suffering underlings. The cult-favorite movie has a release date of May 1, 2026.

Signs for the film set were posted in the area under the title "Cerulean" — referencing an iconic monologue about the history of the color dictated by Streep, telling Hathaway's dowdy intern character Andy Sachs about the importance of designers.
Here is the full list of streets where parking will be withheld, and where the film crew will be set up.
