Early Morning UES Car Crash Sends 1 To Hospital: FDNY

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — An early morning car crash sent one victim to the hospital as a result of their injuries, officials said.

At about 6:15 a.m., a car crashed on Third Avenue and East 59th Street, according to an FDNY official.

Social media pictures show a silver sedan with its hood open and front end against a traffic post.

One person was rushed to New York Presbyterian Hospital for their injuries, an FDNY spokesperson said.

The condition of the injured person was not know, officials said.
