According to the New York State Sex Offender Registry, Hoyt currently has an Eastchester address in The Bronx.

An article from former local news titan DNAinfo details Hoyt's past convictions, including a 2017 incident where Hoyt was arrested by federal officials for flashing and groping woman on the subway, according to police at the time.

Since his first arrest came in 1984 when Hoyt was just 19 — for making harassing phone calls in California's Orange County — Hoyt has served prison time in three different states, the article reads.

His past arrests include molesting a 13-year-old girl, exposing himself in two different decades to various 16-year-old girls, hosting a 1991 juvenile strip-party in Las Vegas, and flashing numerous people on the subway.

Police and the State Sex Offenders Registry both describe Hoyt as five foot nine inches tall and weighing around 180 pounds, with long black hair.
