UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Just in time for the heat, a new ice cream spot has opened its doors in Carnegie Hill.

Glace by Noglu, a new gluten-free French ice cream shop, started serving ice cream on Wednesday on Madison Avenue near East 91st Street, according to their Instagram.

The shop is inside the former home of Eli Zabar's gluten-free pastry shop, Noglu — now a few doors down — at 1266 Madison Ave., reports the New York Times.

Run by Zabar's son, Sahsha, the shop will offer a wide array of flavors on a rotating menu, featuring gluten-free varieties of vanella, Sicilian pistachio, cold brew, matcha as well as soft serve flavors like raspberry and orange creamsicle, the Times reports. Sorbet will be on the menu as well, offering yuzu, grapefruit and pineapple.

Larger ice cream treats will also be offered — all gluten-free, of course — like sundaes, Eton Mess (strawberries, meringue and whipped cream), ice cream profiteroles, ice cream cakes and Baked Alaska, writes the Times.

Additionally, other warm-weather non-ice cream treats will be featured to help cool patrons down, including a yuzu-cherry spritz, milk shakes and shakerato — an Italian-style iced coffee drink.

Glace is now open at 1266 Madison Ave. from 12-8 p.m.
