Gunmen Rob 2 Victims In UES For $84K In Belongings: NYPD
The investigation is underway, police said.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A man and a woman were robbed at gunpoint on the Upper East Side on Saturday, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, around 1 a.m. on Saturday, the 25-year-old man and the 30-year-old woman were walking to their car near Park Avenue and East 60th Street when two men approached them and displayed a gun.
The perpetrators struck the man in the face with the gun and then forcibly took jewelry and an iPhone from the couple, totaling $84,800, the NYPD said.

Then, the two men ran away in an unknown direction, police said. The victim sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention, authorities said.
There are no arrests yet, and the investigation is underway, police said.
