Man With Over Twenty Prior Arrests Punches, Robs UES Woman: NYPD
Quentin Hough was arrested by officers from the 19th Precinct and charged with robbery on Tuesday evening, his 23nd arrest, officials said.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A Bronx man was arrested for the 23rd time by officers from the 19th Precinct after an Upper East Side woman was robbed on Tuesday night, police said.
Quentin Hough, 39, was arrested and charged with second-degree robbery, officials said, adding that the man has a long sheet of 22 prior arrests for grand larceny, aggravated harassment, possession of a forged instrument and others.
At about 6:15 p.m. on York Avenue and East 84th Street, Hough approached a 41-year-old woman as she was placing her bag on the ground near her vehicle, officials told Patch.

Hough then engaged in a struggle with the woman over the bag, punching her in the face and damaging her car window and side mirror, police claimed.
After fleeing north on York Avenue, officers soon found and arrested Hough, according to officials.

The 19th Precinct said that good samaritans helped pursue Hough after the altercation in a Tweet featuring an officer posing next to the precinct's new plug-in muscle cars.
