New Buffalo Wild Wings Outpost Lands In Upper East Side
People are flocking to the recently launched spot of the renowned wing establishment, situated on Lexington Avenue.
UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A new Buffalo Wild Wings location has landed on the Upper East Side.
Last month, Buffalo Wild Wings unveiled the latest location of their new venture, known as Buffalo Wild Wings Go, transforming the former Taco Bell at 1258 Lexington Ave. into the latest hub for the beloved wing chain.
Buffalo Wild Wings debuted its "on-the-go" format in 2020, targeting takeout and delivery clientele. This fast-food-inspired model stands as a counterpart to its traditional sports bar restaurants, which have been a fixture since 1982.

“We’ve taken all the innovation and flavor that keeps Buffalo Wild Wings the largest sports bar brand in America and packed it into a convenient way for our guests to get their favorites on the go,” John Bowie, Brand President, Buffalo Wild Wings, said.
At these "Go" locations, patrons can find a walk-up counter, digital menu boards, cozy seating arrangements and TVs to entertain them during the wait for their orders. For added convenience, mobile and call-ahead orders can be picked up from designated takeout lockers.

“Operational efficiencies, streamlined marketing resources, and tremendous brand awareness are just some of the factors that make BWW GO appealing,” Jack Litman, President, Munson Restaurant Group, said. “Add to that the flexibility of the footprint and the speed to market, and you have a very desirable concept.”
The small-format stores still offer the chain's traditional and boneless wings, hand-breaded tenders, chicken sandwiches, burgers, sides and all 26 Buffalo Wild Wings signature sauces and dry rubs.
Alongside the new Lexington Ave. spot, there are two other Buffalo Wild Wings Go locations in Manhattan, with one in Kips Bay and another on First Avenue just below East 14th Street.
