Legal Dispute Continues

The announcement comes despite ongoing legal drama between the Board of Managers of the Trump Palace Condominium and Regency Center, along with other defendants, including Whole Foods and Five Below.

Whole Foods and Five Below are commercial tenants in a space owned and managed by Regency Center, which sits at the base of Trump Palace.

The Board claims ongoing construction in the building's commercial spaces has caused significant damage to the property and created a major disruption for Trump Palace residents, with the installation of unauthorized signage on the building’s exterior being a particular sore point.

The defendants, which include Whole Foods, say these claims are without merit, according to court filings.
