One-Legged Thief Urinates On Cops In UES Steal: Report
The thief hit the cops in the face with a bag of padlocks before relieving himself on the officers, according to the New York Daily News.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A one-legged man took a pee break as officers arrested him on an Upper East Side sidewalk, according to reporting and a shocking video published by The Daily News.
Eutano Barnard, 41, was arrested and charged with robbery, aggravated assault of a police officer and petty larceny — in addition to several other charges — after police claimed he stole several items from a store and hit workers and officers in the face with a stolen padlock, according to the NYPD.
Barnard, who local shopkeepers around Lexington Avenue and East 88th Street told the Daily News is known as "Wheelie" because of his wheelchair use, entered a CVS in the area at just before 1 p.m. on Wednesday and lifted about $65 worth of items — including four padlocks, according to police officials.

As two employees tried to stop the man as he attempted to leave without paying, Barnard hit them both in the face with one of the pilfered locks, officials told Patch.
The workers flagged a passing car from the 19th Precinct, who then attempted to arrest Barnard but were also hit in the face with a lock, according to police.

While the two officers arrested Barnard as he lay on his back, the man pulled down his pants and began urinating freely into the air, according to the Daily News, who obtained video of the incident from a bystander.
“They were trying to restrain him and that’s when he decided to pee on them,” the bystander, a man from the Bronx who gave his name as Julio, told the Daily News.
The two officers were treated for minor injuries at New York Presbyterian while the CVS workers refused medical attention.
The NYPD said that Barnard currently resides in a Crown Heights shelter.
