Panorama's First Night Canceled As Rain Hits: Here's Refund Info
Organizers evacuated thousands due to severe weather.

NEW YORK, NY – Drenching storms forced organizers to cancel part of the first day of Randall's Island's Panorama music festival Friday and evacuate thousands of people from the area.
"We regret having to cancel the second half of Friday’s performances, but our first priority is always the safety of our fans, artists and staff. After consultation with NYC officials, we agreed with the decision to evacuate," organizers said on the event's website.
We are evacuating the island due to severe weather. Please exit the way you entered. Ferries and shuttles are running and the pedestrian bridge is open. Panorama has been cancelled for today and we will see you tomorrow. pic.twitter.com/jrzEf9V8oj

The decision canceled performances by Dua Lipa, Migos, Father John Misty, the War on Drugs, Jhene Aiko and the Weeknd. The acts are not expected to be rescheduled.
