UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A man went missing on the Upper East Side Monday afternoon, according to the 19th Precinct.

Chin Lee, 84, was last seen at 11 a.m., leaving his apartment on Monday at East 71st Street and 1st Avenue, officials said.

Lee is roughly 5'4" tall and weighs 130 pounds. According to authorities, he was last seen wearing a red sweater, black pants, brown shoes and a black baseball cap.

An NYPD spokesperson said that Lee rented a 2024 black Mazda CX3 with New Jersey plate number U64UBT from Avis, which was last seen driving on the George Washington Bridge upper-level southbound.

Authorities warned that Lee may need medical care. If seen, the 19th Precinct said to call 911 immediately.
