Robbers Scale Fire Escape To Break Into UES Apartment, Police Say
Once inside the apartment, the men committed a knifepoint robbery, police said.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify two men who broke into an Upper East Side apartment by scaling a fire escaped and robbed the man living there, police said.
The two men entered an apartment on East 93 Street and Lexington Avenue through a window on the night of Sunday, April 15, police said. Once inside the home, the men robbed its 24-year-old resident at knifepoint, police said.
The robbers stole clothes, sneakers and bags and fled the scene by exiting out of the building lobby, police said. The victim was not harmed during the robbery, police said.

Police released photos (seen above) of the two suspected robbers on Friday.
