Woman Found Dead On Upper East Side: Police
A 34-year-old woman was declared dead at an East 92nd Street hotel early Wednesday morning, police said.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A woman was discovered dead on the Upper East Side early Wednesday morning, police said.
Ekaterina Farion, 34, was found at an East 92nd Street hotel near First Avenue after a 911 call about 6 a.m. about an unconscious woman who needed help, officials said.
First responders rushed to the scene and declared Farion dead, according to police.

Police commented that the death was likely due to suicide due to the lack of trauma or injuries found, but added that the official cause of death was still under investigation as of Thursday morning.
