$10.95M Condo Tops Upper West Side's Real Estate Deals

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market in Manhattan, and seven of the most expensive deals in the city were on the Upper West Side, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper West Side was a condo that sold for $10,950,000, the Olshan Report said.

The chart-topping condo is a 6-room apartment located at 15 Central Park West, near West 62nd Street. The 2-bedroom apartment features a 32-square-foot living room and dining room space, complemented by a bespoke serving bar and walnut-framed windows.

All of this week's top sales on the Upper West Side were condos or co-op apartments, according to the Olshan report.
