UPPER WEST SIDE, NY - A second man has been nabbed by police after an Upper West Side shooting saw a man take a bullet in the backside in September, authorities said.

Robert Hart, 42, of Harlem, was charged Saturday with attempted murder, gang assault, criminal possession of a firearm and related charges, police said.

Another suspect, Diamante Shell, 25, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged in October with attempted murder and related offenses, police said.

The gunmen squeezed off several shots, striking the 41-year-old victim in the buttocks and shoulder, near Amsterdam Avenue and West 89th Street on Sept. 19 about about 1:30 a.m., Patch previously reported.

The men then ran west on West 89th Street, police said. Medics rushed the wounded man to Mount Sinai Morningside in stable condition.
