A source familiar with the deal told the Real Deal that the 166 units are a mix of market rate and stabilized apartments.
The building towers over the recently shuttered 7-Eleven and ACE Hardware store on the corner of West 89th Street and Columbus. It is across from a large Duane Reade on the west side of Columbus, and a short walk from Central Park.
