Here's what a description on StreetEasy says about the building:

"Location is just the beginning when it comes to the Bromley’s appeal. Under an elegant rotunda, the welcoming tone in the cherry wood-paneled lobby is carried throughout the building. Each week fresh flowers and plants are placed in the lobby and on each floor. More an oasis than a private fitness center, the Bromley offers 10,000 square feet of commercial-grade equipment, tv-equipped cardio machines, weights (free and heavy) and a sprung dance floor studio."
