UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — An 82-year-old man is facing charges for grinding up on a woman on a subway train traveling through the Upper West Side, an NYPD spokesman said.

Conrado Aleman was arrested Wednesday night at the West 96th Street and Broadway subway station and has been charged with persistent sexual abuse, forcible touching and sex abuse, an NYPD spokesman said. Aleman is accused of rubbing his genitals on a 64-year-old woman on the 1 train, police said.

It's not the first time Aleman has been caught creeping on the subway. The octogenarian has four arrests for similar crimes in the past two years, the Daily News first reported.

The 82-year-old's lawyers claim Aleman is suffering from dementia and memory loss, the Daily News reported. The accused sex abuser claimed he can't be guilty because he suffers from erectile dysfunction, according to the report.

Aleman was arraigned on Thursday and released on his own recognizance, according to court records. The accused sex abuser is due back in court on April 17, according to the public records.
