Man, 83, Hospitalized After Upper West Side Attack: Police
An 83-year-old was walking near West 61st Street and Broadway when he was unexpectedly shoved to the ground, police said.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A man was hospitalized after unexpectedly getting pushed on the Upper West Side, police said over the weekend.
The 83-year-old was walking around 3:20 p.m. near the corner of West 61st Street and Broadway, when he got pushed to the ground for no apparent reason, police said.
The attacker then ran away south on Broadway, police said.

The man was taken to Mt. Sinai West Hospital and treated for a cut to the back of his head, police said.
The attacker is 5 feet 8 inches, roughly 180 pounds, and believed to be in his 30s, police added.
