3 Sought In UWS Teen Shooting Outside NYCHA Complex: NYPD
Authorities are looking for three men who fled the area after teen was shot.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY - Authorities are looking for three men who fled the area in front of an Upper West Side public housing development after a teen was shot last month.
The 15-year-old victim was found in front of the Amsterdam Houses at 217 W. 62nd St. about 7:30 p.m. with gunshot wounds to his shoulder and torso, police said.
One of the three men reportedly flashed a firearm and fired it at the victim, police said. All three fled the area in an unknown direction.

Medics rushed the boy to New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center in critical condition, police said. He is expected to recover.
