UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — There are few more beloved shows in modern television history than "The Office" and one of the sitcom's cast members is selling her Upper West Side home for millions of dollars, reported the New York Post.
Ellie Kemper, who is also the star of the "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," is selling her co-op at 325 West End Avenue, in between West 75th and 76th streets, with an asking price of $3.35 million, the New York Post reports.
Kemper bought the apartment with her husband in 2016 for $2.8 million.

According to a listing from Compass, the apartment has six rooms with a grand entrance gallery, tall ceilings, restored French doors, large bay windows, hardwood floors, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a washer/dryer.
"The distinctive architectural grace of the home, the building and the location drew my clients to this beautiful apartment, and their stunning renovation will sing to this market,” Maria Manuche, of Compass, who shares this listing with Clare Cukier, told the New York Post.

The pre-war building itself is 13 stories and was constructed in 1916.
When Kemper originally bought the apartment in 2016, reports at the time noted that it was just a block from Tina Fey's West End Apartment. Fey is the co-creator of "Kimmy Schmidt."
