Penthouses In UWS Luxury Building Sell For Combined $35M: See It

Waterline Square, the multi-billion development on the UWS, recently sold two of its penthouses. Only one remains.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Waterline Square is a five-acre, $2.3 billion luxury condominium and rental development on the Upper West Side, and one of its three buildings just sold two of its penthouses for a combined $35 million.

Located between West 59th and West 61st Streets, Waterline Square has signed 17 contracts valued at over $85 million in the first half of 2021 alone.

Recently, the luxury Upper West Side building closed on the sale of its most expensive unit, a penthouse listed for $18 million. The Penthouse A home spans more than 4,700 square feet and has a private terrace.

The sale came only a handful of weeks after buyers purchased a different penthouse in the building for $17.25 million.

The 38th-floor apartment has four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and boasts a 1,700-square-foot private terrace with an outdoor hot tub and outdoor kitchen.

There is one penthouse remaining within Waterline Square, but details on the apartment are not yet released.
