Section Of Former ABC Campus On UWS Selling For $925M: Report
The former Walt Disney Company-owned ABC campus is on Columbus between West 66th and 67th streets.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A massive real estate deal was just signed for the former Walt Disney Company-owned ABC campus on the Upper West Side.
Silverstein Properties and Seven Valleys are selling the final section of the massive building at Columbus Avenue between West 66th and 67th streets for around $925 million to $930 million to Extell Development Company, sources close to the deal told Commerical Observer.
The deal is expected to close in March and Extell has put down a $50 million deposit for the office assets, Commerical Observer reports.

Silverstein bought the property in 2018 and is expected to roughly break even on the sale, according to reports.
Silverstein has already sold a section of the campus at 125 West End Avenue, 320 West 66th Street, and Lot 61 to Taconic for roughly $220 million in 2019.
