UWS Bike Thief Threatens Girl, 13, On Amsterdam Avenue: NYPD
The assailant threatened the girl with "physical harm" if she didn't give up her bicycle, police said.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY - Authorities are looking for a teen boy who reportedly stole a bicycle from a 13-year-old girl on the Upper West Side on Wednesday.
The 13-year-old victim was approached by the assailant near Amsterdam Avenue and West 86 Street about 4 p.m. when he threatened “physical harm” if she didn’t give up her bicycle, police said.
The swiper, described as a boy in his late teens, then fled on the bicycle, police said.

The victim didn’t report any physical injuries as a result of the incident.
