UPPER WEST SIDE, NY - Calling all ‘90s kids! Ever wanted to live like Kevin McCallister? Here’s your chance, but it’ll cost you a pretty penny.

The Upper West Side townhouse at 51 West 95th St. featured in “Home Alone 2: Lost In New York” (1992) is now on the market for a cool $6.7 million.

The 19th century home, set in the movie as McCallister’s uncle’s abode, features four bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a full kitchen, private garden with a patio and wood deck, grand staircase, fireplace climate-controlled room for a wine cellar and more across 4,776 square feet.

“Designed by Martin V.B. Ferdon, this late nineteenth-century gem seamlessly blends timeless elegance with modern amenities,” the listing reads, touting a SubZero refrigerator, Garland gas range and two pantries. “It is so timeless, it is in fact the real address used in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York where Kevin McCallister aka Macaulay Culkin evades the bandits at his Uncles' townhouse.”

The listing first popped up on the market in March, asking for over $7.5 million. The price has since been adjusted, first in April to about $7.2 million and then again in June to $6.7 million.

The townhouse was last sold in 2009 for $4.7 million, according to Zillow records. The 51 West 95th St. address is also the last known business address for a doctor whose authorization to treat injured workers through a state program was temporarily suspended last year after he reportedly refused to show proof of a nearly $2,300 reimbursement, according to New York state records.

The same doctor is listed as the current owner of the house, per city property records.

"The reimbursement in question was paid in error, directly to a major NYC hospital center," the owner told Patch in an email, adding that he is employed as a full-time hospital employee and does not directly bill or collect money from any insurance company. He has tried to have the hospital billing department repay workers comp and clear the matter up for over a year, but to no avail, he told Patch.

A spokesperson for the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Movie buffs with plans to purchase the townhouse should know that Home Alone 2 wasn’t actually filmed inside the residence. Instead, the classic was filmed on Brownstone Street on the Universal Studios’ Los Angeles backlot.
