Woman Robbed Aboard UWS Train By Ski Mask-Wearing Swipers: NYPD
The 41-year-old victim was aboard a southbound 1 train early Friday when two perps snatched her purse and fled the train, police said.
UPPER WEST SIDE, NY - A 41-year-old straphanger was robbed aboard a train on the Upper West Side early Friday, authorities said.
The victim was riding a southbound 1 train near West 96th Street and Amsterdam Avenue about 1:30 a.m. when two ski mask-clad individuals snatched her purse and fled the train at the 96th Street stop, police said.
The woman did not report any physical injuries, police said.
