- 12-year-old Trenton Olmstead took part in history in Padula Roofing's Utica Little League game this past Monday as he pitched a perfect game. The little leaguer threw 65 pitches the entire game facing 18 batters, Trenton finished the game with 16 strikeouts and assisted on both of the putouts by the remaining two batters. Pitching a perfect game is a rare feat in any level of baseball. Padula Roofing went on to win the game eight to zero on their way into Utica Little League history. (WIBX AM 950)

With Karam still on leave and Nolan resigning from the position, the District's Chief Academic Officer Steven Falchi will be taking over the role now as the Acting Superintendent. (WKTV)
