B52s, Devo Taking New Tour To Jones Beach This Fall

WANTAGH, NY — The B-52s have announced a new tour this fall that includes a stop at Jones Beach.

The new wave rockers, with such hits as "Rock Lobster," "Love Shack" and "Roam," will perform their Cosmic De-Evolution Tour at Northwell at Jones Beach Theater on Sunday, Oct. 5.

The tour is co-headlined by Devo, who had success in the 1970s and gained mainstream popularity with their 1980 hit "Whip It."

Lene Lovich is the opening act.
