Extra NICE Buses For July 4th Jones Beach Visitors

WANTAGH, NY — NICE Bus is running a weekend schedule for bringing people to Jones Beach on July 4th.

NICE N88x buses will leave the Freeport LIRR station starting at 8:28 a.m. and continue every half-hour from 9:28 a.m. to 8:28 p.m.

Buses will also depart each hour from the Hempstead Rosa Parks Transit Center starting at 8:51 a.m. The last bus is scheduled for 7:25 p.m.

Return service will be extended after the fireworks show with buses for Freeport and Hempstead.

The one-way fare is $2.90, payable by MetroCard, coin or the NICE GoMobile app.
