ICYMI: Wantagh Winter Wonderland: Everything You Need To Know

WANTAGH, NY — Santa Claus, a holiday trolley, a 40-foot Christmas tree, festive decorations and tasty pizza are coming to Wantagh as part of the second annual Winter Wonderland. Coinciding with Small Business Saturday, the free outdoor event at the Wantagh Preservation Society will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 30 and end at 6 p.m.
A Christmas tree and menorah will be lit to signify the start of the season, Marilynne Rich, vice president at the Wantagh Chamber of Commerce, told Patch on Thursday. Tree lights and decorations will be improved over last year, she said, after some said it needed more lights.
