Jan. 21: Snow, Party With Elmo, Basketball

1. The National Weather Service is forecasting three to five inches of snow for the region so stay safe while driving to work this morning.

3. in Seaford is a pajama party with the Sesame Street character Elmo from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This is a non-skating event for children ages one to five. Parents are admitted free. 

4. The boys and girls basketball teams are both in action against Westbury starting at 6:15 p.m.. The Wantagh boys basketball team hosts Westbury at 6:15 p.m. The Wantagh girls basketball team is at Westbury for a 6:15 p.m. tip-off.

5. In hoops action Friday the boys basketball team hosts Valley Stream North for a 7 p.m. tip-off.
