A New 7-Eleven Store Debuts In Wantagh

Lawmakers gathered Wednesday to cut the ribbon at the new store.

WANTAGH, NY —The balloons were in full effect, as a new 7-Eleven was unveiled Wednesday on Merrick Road in Wantagh.

As part of the opening ceremony, Nassau County Legislator Steve Rhoades and Town of Hempstead Councilman Chris Carini cut the ribbon before customers visited the premises.

The store also features a gas station.

The Wantagh Little League was also given a donation in the amount of $711.
