WANTAGH, NY — A new business grows in Wantagh.

The Irish Poet bar/restaurant held a "soft launch" with VIP members from the community on Sunday. The watering hole's grand opening is slated for Wednesday.

As they gear toward welcoming customers, the Irish Poet is accepting resumes for various jobs, including managers, chefs, cooks, bartenders, wait staff and dishwashers, as their website points out.
