Ole's Fajitas Now Serving Up Tex-Mex Food In Wantagh
The fast casual eatery opened in December on Merrick Road, with a "focus on sizzling fajitas."
WANTAGH, NY—A new fast casual Tex-Mex-style eatery opened recently in Wantagh, specializing in fajitas. Ole's Fajita's is billed as a "modern Tex-Mex grill" and is located at 3357 Merrick Rd., taking over the closed Holy Smoke Grill.
The restaurant started with a soft opening in November, and an official upcoming grand opening date is still to be announced.

The menu has burritos, quesadillas, salads, tacos, enchiladas, fajitas and a "mega crunch wrap."
