Seaford Names District Veteran New Principal At Harbor Elementary
Jennifer Bisulca succeeds Thomas Burke on July 1.
SEAFORD, NY — Seaford Harbor Elementary School has found the person to succeed Thomas Burke as principal.
Jennifer Bisulca, a veteran of the Seaford Union Free School District, has been named the new principal, Schools Superintendent Adele Pecora announced.
Bisulca was chosen after an "extensive interview process," Pecora wrote in a letter that the Seaford PTA reposted on Facebook.

She starts on July 1, as Burke begins as principal at Wantagh's Forest Lake Elementary.
It's a natural upgrade for Bisulca, who spent the past six years as an assistant principal for the district's middle and high schools.

She was the person behind establishing wellness centers in the Seaford schools.
"She is the perfect person to contribute to the tradition of Harbor greatness and Seaford pride," Pecora wrote.
