LI Man Charged With Sexual Abuse: Police

Michael Hernandez is accused of inappropriately touching a 34-year-old woman on Seamans Neck Road, police said.

SEAFORD, NY — An arrest was made in connection to alleged sexual abuse in Seaford, Nassau police said.

After a thorough investigation, Michael Hernandez, 20, of Bethpage, was taken into custody for a June 23 incident, police said.

Hernandez is charged with third-degree sexual abuse, police said.

He is accused of approaching and inappropriately touching a 34-year-old woman on Seamans Neck Road, authorities said.

Hernandez will be arraigned on Tuesday.
