VIDEO: Save Seaford Sports Car Wash Fundraiser
Benefit raises funds aimed at restoring middle school athletic programs cut from budget.
Save Seaford Sports, an organization to raising the $141,000 needed to restore the winter and spring athletic seasons after they were cut from the budget, held a car wash fundraiser this past Sunday at in Bellmore.
The car wash fundraiser is one of a series of benefit events Save Seaford Sports has scheduled for August and September. The group previously held and fundraisers and Nancy's Dance Factory in Levittown will be holding zumba classes on Aug. 24 and Aug. 31 with a percentage of proceeds going toward Save Seaford Sports. A is also scheduled for this Saturday on 2291 Jackson Ave, Seaford with all proceeds going toward Save Seaford Sports.
