Nassau Crash: Motorcyclist Dies, Police Investigating
Police are investigating a fatal crash on the Meadowbrook State Parkway.
WANTAGH, NY — State police are investigating a fatal crash on the Meadowbrook State Parkway.
The crash happened around 9 p.m. Wednesday, police said. Frank Orticelle, 65, of Uniondale was riding a motorcycle northbound on the Meadowbook State Parkway when he hit the back of a car and was thrown from the motorcycle, police said.
Orticelle died of his injuries at Nassau University Medical Center.
