Wantagh State Parkway Closed Due To Flooding: Officials
All lanes of the Wantagh State Parkway were closed Thursday morning due to flooding.
WANTAGH, NY — Flooding closed the Wantagh State Parkway in both directions in Wantagh on Thursday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation.
Flooding impacted the parkway starting around 6:30 a.m. Thursday, according to 511NY.org. All lanes of the parkway in both directions were closed near Exit W5.
