Wires Downed; Road Closed For Hours By Seaford School: Police
Traffic resumed by Friday afternoon on Seamans Neck Road.
SEAFORD, NY — Drivers had to deal with downed wires on a windy Friday in Seaford. For nearly five hours, Seamans Neck Road was closed in front of East Broadway Elementary School, police said.
Traffic was diverted until the wires were cleared from roadway.
The road was reopened by 1:30 p.m.
